Is admission included in the class fee?
Yes, admission is included unless otherwise specified.
I didn’t receive tickets. What should I do?
We do not issue tickets for classes. Once you pay the registration fee, your name is added to a program roster. To check in for the class, all you need to provide is your name so that you can be marked off the roster.
Is parking included in the class fee?
No, parking is not included unless otherwise specified. Class participants at Cleveland Botanical Garden will pay the flat $7 member rate for parking. Parking at Holden Arboretum does not have an additional fee.
The class is sold out. How do I join the waitlist?
If you would like to join the waitlist for a class, please fill out our waitlist form with the name of the class and the number of tickets you would like to have added to the waitlist. If space opens up, you will be contacted in the order you joined the waitlist.
What is the cancellation/refund policy?
- If you need to cancel your registration, you can choose to use your registration fee as credit towards another class of your choice (valid for 1 year). A refund, minus a $5 processing fee, can be issued up to 5 business days prior to the start of the program. Holden Forests & Gardens cannot refund fees requested on or after the start date of a program, or for sessions missed due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances.
- If Holden Forests & Gardens must cancel a class for inclement weather, low registration, or other unforeseen circumstance, every attempt will be made to notify participants, and you will receive a full refund.
Do classes and hikes happen if it’s raining?
Yes, classes and hikes will proceed rain or shine. In cases of thunderstorms, high winds, high water, extreme temperatures, or other severe conditions, Holden Forests & Gardens may cancel a program. If HF&G cancels a program due to weather, participants will be notified and receive a full refund.
I have a question about accessibility accommodations. Who should I ask?
