Holden Forests & Gardens will accept one donation request per charitable organization throughout the calendar year. Requests must be received at least 4 weeks in advance. Due to the high number of requests we receive each year we are only accepting requests from organizations in Ohio or Pittsburgh.

DONATION REQUEST GUIDELINES VIA MAIL

Submit requests on the organization’s letterhead, being sure to include:

  • An EIN, we only accept requests for 501(c)(3), education and community organizations
  • The date of the event and address to which we may send the donation
  • A self-addressed, stamped envelope (SASE)
  • The name, number and email of the requester
  • The purpose of the event and mission of the organization 
  • A brief description of the event 

DONATION REQUEST GUIDELINES FOR ONLINE SUBMISSIONS

To prepare for the online submission form, please have the following requirements available at the time of the request:

  • Name, email and phone number of requester 
  • Date of the event and address of the event 
  • EIN number (we only accept requests for 501(c)(3), education and community organizations)
  • Purpose of the event and mission of the organization 
  • Brief description of the event 

There is no need to call to check on the status of your request or to submit a request more than once. If your request is approved, it will be processed and mailed back to you.
