I am interested in understanding organisms’ responses to environmental conditions, particularly global changes such as climate change and habitat modification, and how these factors influence species distribution and vulnerability. My research focuses on evaluating variation in Rhododendron floral traits such as morphology, morphometry and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in relation to pollinators and climate. I conduct fieldwork and laboratory techniques to evaluate different floral traits among Rhododendron species. Additionally, I contribute to different programs to engage volunteers in Rhododendron phenology and pollinator monitoring.
