You’ll have the option to move your body in the group classes or enjoy tons of complimentary hands on experience stations + shopping from some of our favorite local businesses! Take one class or jump into them all – this event is ebb n flow event!

Schedule

10am: Meet and Greet with awesome women
10:30am-11am: Slow morning yoga flow
11:30am-12pm: Vinyasa + journaling
12:15pm-12:30pm: Enchanting Sound Bath
1pm: Event ends and you leave feeling refreshed!

This event will be outside weather permitting. In case of rain, an alternate date will be given.

Bring a yoga mat + bug spray + sunscreen.
