Cleveland Botanical Garden Education Wing
In 2014, the Holden Arboretum integrated with the Cleveland Botanical Garden to form Holden Forests & Gardens, one of the largest public gardens in the country. Holden Forests & Gardens connects people to the wonder, beauty, and value of trees and plants, to inspire action for healthy communities.
As a public garden, living museum, and center of science, meaningful moments are our medium. With the right infrastructure, we can channel the power of a million such moments to cultivate a healthier future for people and plants.
We educate people of all ages and backgrounds through moments of discovery. Demand for our programs is high, but innovation and growth are hampered by inadequate technology and lack of dedicated program spaces to accommodate new audiences.
To tackle this challenge, we are planning for a renovation of our east education wing (approximately 3,500 sq ft) and the addition of a Glasshouse connection/entrance (approximately 1,200 sq ft) to the education spaces at the Cleveland Botanical Garden.
