Yes! You can apply your tickets to an HF&G Membership. The number of tickets applied is dependent upon the level of membership selected. Applicable with Access and general level memberships HF&G1, 2, 4 & 6. Memberships must be purchased within a week after your visit and the receipt/order number is required. Tickets cannot be applied to a membership purchase online, they can only be applied to a membership order in person or over the phone. *Exclusions apply. Call for complete information.

Holden Forests & Gardens participates in the American Horticultural Society’s Reciprocal Admission Program which provides free or discounted admission or other benefits at participating organizations. Please check the listing for benefits and restrictions.

Yes! Either campus can check your membership level and status onsite when you visit. You can access your digital membership card through the member portal at any time.

Parking at the Holden Arboretum campus is always free. Members receive a discounted $7 parking rate at the Cleveland Botanical Garden campus.

Expiration is the last day of the month in which your membership was purchased or renewed. If a renewal is made early, the full membership term will be applied to your current expiration date, so you never lose any time on your membership term. For example, if a membership is purchased on August 10, 2023, the membership will not expire until August 31, 2024.

If you requested printed membership cards they will arrive by mail 1-2 weeks after you have joined or renewed your membership. However, you may visit immediately upon purchasing your membership.

Proof of eligibility for the Access level membership can be a card or document listing the member to be named is currently enrolled in any of the following programs: SNAP, WIC, Medicaid, or EBT benefits. Access level memberships are only available for in-person purchase at either campus with proof of eligibility.

All patrons entering the Holden Arboretum or Cleveland Botanical Garden premises voluntarily assume all risks and dangers incidental to admission and/or any event, and waives and releases all claims against the Holden Arboretum, its affiliated companies, partners, joint ventures, representatives, members, designees, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, attorneys, agents, successors, and assigns. Admission is subject to compliance with all laws and facility rules and the patron consents to reasonable examinations and searches to ensure compliance. Failure to comply with the law or facility rules may result in refusal of admission or expulsion.
