Have fun with fungi in this class designed to teach you the basics of edible mushroom production!

We’ll start with a primer on fungi and their importance to forest and soil health before diving into easy, low-tech solutions for growing fungi outdoors. Each participant will inoculate a log with mushroom spawn to take home. All materials will be provided.
