Tiny Trailblazers (ages 4-6)
Nature play and discovery for little hands and big curiosity!
Tiny Trailblazers are 3-day, half-day nature camps for preschoolers where curious minds meet the great outdoors! Campers will participate in activities that use all their senses to touch, smell, and marvel at the natural world. Designed as an introduction to the outdoors, your explorer will foster unforgettable memories that will last a lifetime. Choose from four unique sessions!

Week 1: Backyard Discoveries
Discover the wonders of gardens, meet friendly bugs, and learn how pollinators help our world bloom through hands-on crafts, playful movement, and nature-filled adventures.

Week 2: Nature Detectives
Young nature detectives use their senses to explore trees, plants, and animals through hands-on investigations, creative crafts, and playful discovery.

Week 3: Wings, Water, and Wildlife
Campers dive into the wonders of water, discover the magic of living things with wings, and explore wildlife through hands-on experiments and outdoor adventures.

Week 4: STEAM in the Forest
Young explorers will dive into STEAM-based fun with art projects, building challenges, experiments, and musical discoveries- right in our forests!

Eco-Voyagers (ages 7-9)
Adventure across continents – no passport required!
Eco-Voyagers is a 5-day, full-day camp which explores the natural wonders of North American forests through Indigenous traditions. Embrace Aboriginal culture with homemade didgeridoos, learn about Zen gardens inspired by Japan, and create rain sticks like those in the Amazon. This camp immerses children in nature’s beauty across diverse cultures.

SuperNature! (ages 7-10)
Discover the hidden superpowers of plants!
SuperNature! is a 5-day, full-day nature camp full of incredible superpowers—from camouflage and photosynthesis to extreme strength and survival skills! At SuperNature!, campers become nature investigators as they uncover the hidden powers of plants, animals, fungi, and natural forces. Through hands-on experiments, outdoor exploration, and creative challenges, campers will discover how nature inspires the superheroes we imagine—and maybe even unlock a superpower or two of their own.
June 22-26, 9am-3pm

Citizen Scientists (ages 10-12)
Investigate nature, collect data, solve mysteries!
Become a real-world scientist this summer! Our Citizen Scientists 5-day, full-day nature camp invites campers to explore the arboretum as field researchers, collecting data that helps scientists around the world study birds, insects, water quality, plant health, and more. Throughout the week, campers will learn scientific tools and techniques while contributing to real citizen science projects that make an impact. From streams to treetops, every observation helps solve nature’s biggest mysteries!
July 6-10, 9am-3pm

- Select the session(s) you’d like to sign up for.
- Fill out forms for each camper and complete payment using CampSite.
