All Arboretum private rental events are planned and managed by Epic to provide you and your guests with an elevated experience surrounded by the beauty of our gardens and landscapes. | Ceremony + Reception: Up to 30 guests* (two locations at Holden Arboretum) | $3,500 |
- Weddings or event can be up to 4 hours total
- Wedding receptions that include catering are capped at 30 guests
- Other catered events are capped at 45 guests
Shelter House Rentals
Bookings for the Shelter House will be closed from March through July due to a large grounds project happening nearby. Please check back this summer for more information on reopening dates.

A permit is required for all posed formal photography. Permit sales are subject to availability; the number of permits sold for each day is limited. Please fill out the form below to make a request, and a staff member will follow up with you. A minimum of three (3) business days is required to process the permit; a $25 charge is added to last-minute requests of less than three business days.
