Fall Plant Sale
The 2024 Fall Plant Sale will be open to the public on Wednesday, August 28th, closing at midnight September 1, 2024.
Your plant purchase supports the mission of Holden Forests & Gardens to connect people with the wonder, beauty, and value of trees and plants, to inspire action for healthy communities, thank you for your support!

As you shop for plants please note:
All online orders will be picked up Saturday, September 14th.
Please bring boxes to help carry your plants. These will not be provided for you.
Please order only if you can pick up your plants on Saturday, September 14th between the hours of 8 am – 4 pm. at Holden Arboretum’s Long Science Center. We cannot accommodate pick up at other times. If you cannot pick up on the designated date/times, please consider ordering at one of our other sales instead.
Note: Some species of plants may already be cut back for the season.
The Holden Arboretum’s Fall Plant Sale offers a large variety of trees, shrubs, wildflowers, and perennials. These species were chosen by the Arboretum’s Horticulture and Collections staff for your home gardens. Many of the Rhododendrons and Ohio natives were propagated from our living collections.
