You will still need to make a reservation; you will have to walk through the building to reach the outdoor gardens and exit through the cafe doors to the outside terrace.
You do not need a reservation to visit the Gift Store, but we ask that you stop at ticketing to let the guest services representative on duty know you are just going to the gift store.
No, there are butterflies in the Costa Rica Biome, which is included in general admission. Currently, there is no scheduled “butterfly release” during public hours.
Yes, the Garden Café is open. Please bring a water bottle with you on your visit. There is a filling station available for guest use.
Yes, the Glasshouse as well as most of the garden paths outside are wheelchair and/or stroller accessible. There are 9.5 acres of outdoor gardens. The paths are weather dependent and may be closed.
Yes, we do have complimentary wheelchairs available for guest to use during their visit. You may wish to call guest services at (216) 721-1600 ex: #100 to inquire if there is availability during the time of your scheduled visit.
Service animals only are permitted at the Botanical Garden.
There is garage parking under our building, accessible via Wade Oval. Metered street parking may also be available.
Photography for personal use is permitted, however we do not allow the use of tripods during open business hours.
