Connect to plants on a creative level!
Participants will learn composition skills and techniques of botanical art including line, form, shading, and layering using inspiration from the natural world and the collections at Cleveland Botanical Garden. This class welcomes all levels of experience and mediums.
Age: Adult
Time: Tuesdays April 14 – May 26 from 2 – 4:30 p.m.
Location: Cleveland Botanical Garden
All seven class sessions are included in the registration fee. Participants will provide their own materials. For the first day of class, please bring:
- A box of extra soft vine charcoal
- Double-pointed French stumps (medium)
- Kneaded eraser (small)
- Smooth Bristol paper
- Masking tape
