Do I need to buy tickets in advance?

Yes, advanced tickets are required for both members and nonmembers. Buy tickets here.

How do I get the member discount when buying tickets?

Navigate to the buy tickets page, and select the day/time you’d like to visit.
Login to your member account using your credentials.
Continue the ticket purchasing process, and your member discount should be reflected at the checkout page.

Is there a difference between the day and evening experience?

The day experience tends to be less crowded, which may be favorable for young children and those who need extra time to get around the gardens.

The evening experience is perfect if you want to spend more time exploring the outdoor gardens. Thousands of new lights have expanded our footprint this year. The glasshouses are also especially beautiful with their evening glow.

Will you still have the Gingerbread Competition?

Absolutely! We’re expecting over 100 masterpieces to be on display throughout the run of Frost. If you’d like to apply to participate, please use the link below.

Yes, the cafe will be serving up fresh sandwiches, soups, salads and more.
