Volunteering as a team can level up your care for the environment and bring real benefit to your group or organization. Studies show that volunteering together can enhance team-building, boost productivity and increase employee engagement.
Holden Forests & Gardens welcomes corporate, school and community groups of up to 25 volunteers to join in group activities on our campuses. Larger groups can sometimes be accommodated through activities hosted at multiple sites.
Depending on the time of year and your volunteers’ interests, group opportunities include basic gardening tasks such as mulching or planting bulbs, setting up exhibits, stringing holiday lights, assembling activity kits, planting trees, and more. We provide all necessary tools, training, free parking – and group volunteers are entitled to free admission before or after their volunteer shift, so your team can explore and enjoy our remarkable forests & gardens together!
