This class will cover common culinary herbs and their uses. Culinary herbs are used in a wide range of foods including hot, cold, sweet, savory, and everything in between.
Discover classic as well as more modern and unusual foods and explore recipes ranging from simple to complex. Preserving, historical uses, and herbs popular in other areas of the world will be discussed. Bring your appetite and take home some potted herbs to start your own culinary adventures.
