In periods of stress, overwhelm, and insecurity, nature invites us to slow down and connect.
Settle into the circle as you are led through a guided meditation to identify your intentions for the season with healer and teacher Caressa Joyce. Amber Pompeii of Cleveland Tea Revival will describe different herbal teas and how they can support our minds and bodies. We will then create our own custom tea blends to take home. The small group setting is perfect for quiet reflection and learning.

Caressa Joyce
Holistic Healing Therapist
Caressa began her yoga practice in 1996, has been a Yoga Teacher since 2006, and a Yoga Therapist as of 2010. Her style is a steady, mindful, and compassionate approach that adapts to the unique needs of each individual. Caressa is also a Licensed Massage Therapist, practicing for over a decade, and offering a variety of massage styles, which include traditional table massage, pre/post natal, and traditional Thai yoga massage, which she learned during an extensive stay in Thailand. As a Reiki Master, Caressa weaves intuitive energy work into each of her offerings of Yoga, Massage, Somatic Trauma-Resolution Coaching, and Life Cycle Celebration. In 2007, Caressa became a Reverend of the Universal Life Church and has carried forth her mission of Life Celebration by leading Meditation Circles and Sacred Ceremonies, which unite communities around the cycles of the seasons, and offer wise guidance through many of life’s rites of passage, such as births, deaths, weddings, home and job transitions, and many more through a special gathering of symbols, intentions, and beings from the earthly and ethereal realms. The circle of people in a ceremony creates a container to witness the transformation of a soul. Our world is in need of these rituals to remind us of our interconnectedness to each other, the Earth, and Creator. Founder, Cleveland Tea Revival
Amber Pompeii is the owner of Cleveland Tea Revival, an evolving tea and herb company. After operating for 9 years as a busy café in Ohio City, Amber closed the storefront and moved online to make more time for motherhood, art, and gardening. As Cleveland Tea Revival, Amber creates custom tea blends using organic teas and botanicals, which can be purchased online or sipped fresh at select cafes and restaurants in the Cleveland area. A certified yoga teacher and dedicated student, Amber weaves her passion for tea into mindful tea blending ceremonies and blending workshops. She believes in tea as connection, and finds community in brewing tea for others, gardening together, and holding space to honor the present moment. She is currently gardening and tea blending with Solidarity Urban Farms, a non-profit in Lorain, Ohio.
